Our goal is to set each CTEP student up for SUCCESS and help them overcome both academic and socioeconomic barriers. Every CTEP student begins the program by enrolling in a specially designed Student Success Course where they learn strategies for achieving greater academic, professional, and social success. This course encourages self-awareness, strengthens critical thinking, promotes effective communication skills, and helps students learn to take personal responsibility for their own success. Additionally, students are paired with mentors who provide guidance and support throughout the program.
